Cancellation Policy
Hosting plans will be automatically renewed until the plan is cancelled. All cancellations must be submitted via email to our accounts department: [email protected]
Requests for cancellation must be submitted within 30 days of account renewal. Cancellations submitted later than this, may result in the account being automatically renewed.
Domain Renewals:
1 Domain is renewed free of charge for the life of the hosting account. Additional domains are charged at $15.95 per year. Unless cancelled, domains will renew for $15.95 per year even after the hosting account is closed.
15 Day Money Back Guarantee
All our shared hosting plans include a 15 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatified with your service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of the activation of your account.
Our refund policy does NOT include Domain Registrations, Domain Transfers, and/or any setup fees. No refunds are available after 15 days of the account activation. In order to receive your refund, you must submit your request to our account department via email within 15 days: [email protected]
Any accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy do not qualify for the money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled for spamming, or phishing, you will not receive any refund. Please be sure to see our policy about domain refunds/renewals.
